Isn't it better we help one another regardless of our individual beliefs? Undeniably, we can all agree we are here on planet earth and there is now. Can we make a loving memory out of R&S? For all of us....funny responses or sincere, they are all "good" for a smile...what can we do to make a positve memory?

give honest sincere answers to serious question.
make sure our responses are in love.
and ignore the trolls. they get bored when they do not get the response they are looking for and leave for P&S, except for the funny ones, those I enjoy and encourage.

Absolutely! You just made the first attempt. One thing we should always remember is that life is too short to live and think serious all the time. Having laughter and joy in our lives will make us live a lot longer. When you read something, take in only what you need or want and don't take it all personally. As you can tell I love asking questions and giving answers because I know that's what makes each individuals like you all out there tick, why else would you be on this site and reading this.
I'm glad you holy rollers are out there, you keep me in check, but I'm also glad the optimistic viewers and science guru-es are out there as well because you keep me in reality.
S&R is exciting and just knowing when there is a discovery, it only proves that we are one step closer to finding out the truth so why be scared of science. It can only increase the chances of all stories and tales within history to be exact and true.

Amen. I think that humor is great but we should never ridicule each others beliefs. If we love one another with brotherly/sisterly love I believe that this column is going to be a much better place. I have learnt a lot here, even about myself. I have learnt that I should not take things so seriously even though I think that we are talking about very important things in the eternal point of view.
I believe if we greet each other with a great big smile, we accomplish a whole lot more than with criticism. We should edify each other and embrace the good in each other than point out where we fall short.
Peace. Love. Blessings. : )))))

The question you ask only mirrors the very point I believe Jesus came to teach us. To love and be on one accord.
I believe that the very fact that so many people post questions here is because there is deep void within us all that only God can fill. If you are here and asking questions it is only proof that you are searching for something. This is a good thing. God says in his word that he will be found by those who seek him diligently.
There is a point in seeking God and coming to know Jesus where it becomes more of a relationship than religion. When God finally begins to speak to you and reveal things about himself it will truly be a light that comes on in your life.
I speak this from experience. I have been all over the spectrum in my life. I chased wordly things, experienced every kind of drug, alcohol, sexual encounters, wild vacations, boats, houses, cars, motorcycles. I have made and lost a lot of money, valued things that ultimately rot away or have no real meaning. After all of that left me empty I went searching for God. And just like he said, I found him. Once I found him I understood that it was him I had been searching for my whole life.
God is very much real. God is spirit. Once you have that spirit living within you, the inherent hunger to "understand" everything about the bible fades away and you find that the Spirit himslef becomes your tour guide and ultimately shows you things when he feels you are ready.
The word will change your life. It will come alive to you if you give it a chance.
He stands at the door and knocks. Notice he does not beat on the door or kick it down. He is a gentleman. If you answer the door he is more than ready to move right into your neighborhood.

It's been happening and in really neat ways. The support for D-M and S-J and their families. The humour, comradery and creativity of many folk -- which isn't about scoring points or dissing each other, but about bonding and finding ways to act together.
There's a lot of good memories here already, for those who are willing to see them. Let's make more.

1. Put sense in the Bible Bashers
2. Allow a little humor in the answers
3. Don't ask Polls & Surveys questions in R&S
Then we would all cooperate a lot better.
