I lost mine, too. It happens, and it's tough, but you can make it through.

That's really sad, however if you ask yourself what happened to cause you to "lose" your best friend, you might be able to understand the friendship you had. Then you might be able to figure out ways to remedy the situation.
If it was he who messed up some how, then maybe you should rethink your friendship. If he wants to apologize and move on in a positive way, then you should give him a second chance.
If it was you who messed up, you should try to figure out what you may have done or said. If you know you did something to offend him, you should apologize.
If the friendship means the world to him, then he will come back around. Sometimes people need time to figure things out and get over things.
If you really care about him, you should leave him completely alone, don't call him, don't e-mail him, for at least a few days. If he's your true friend, he will get in contact with you.
I wish you the best of luck in mending your friendship. God bless you and your friend.
Peace,
Bridget

I'm actually going through the same thing right now. I can't really give you specific advice because I don't know the situation but a true bestfriend will forgive you or understand your point of view and where you're coming from. If you put out an effort and your attempt was rejected theres not much you can do but just wait it out. If you consider them as much of a bestfriend as you do them they'll slowly but surely come around.

All you can do is try. You obviously tried to IM and call him and say sorry. It sucks but all you can do is say sorry! I am so sorry though. Just give him some time, to think about whatever you did or he did, or whatever happened... what did happen. Just ask yourself if you can recall if you said anything or did anything that upset him. Good luck..
best of wishes :)
p.s. i hope everything turns out okay.. :) :( idk which one i should do smiley because it will be okay, but frown because you are obviously hurt.. uh i will go with this :? lol

If he's mad at you, then give him time to cool off. If you keep pestering him, he's going to keep ignoring them. Maybe you could get a friend to talk to him. Don't give up. I'm sure you haven't lost him. Just relax. Good Luck. I hoped I've helped a little.

I have had this happen a buncha times:[ you just have to let God continue his plan and everything will turn out for the best. Either.. your friend will forgive you.. or.. he'll just start to talk to you again.. or.. y'all will just move on. But, if God didn't want it to last, then it's better off.
<3:] hope i helped..

Try calling him or seeing him in person before concluding that you've lost a friend.

It really depends on what happened. Why did you lose him?If you did something big apologize in a big way.If he did something to you and your the one I.M'ing him your doing the wrong thing. And if he really is your best friend he will come to his senses and accept your apology. If i were you i would stop im'ing him.Maybe call him go to his house cause eventually he will get tired of the I.M'ing.(i would).but i wish you the best with your friend.

I'd love to give you some advice, but you haven't given enough information. All I can say is if he won't take your messages, you can't communicate with him. How about trying to call him?
