Increase the amount of calories you consume. This does not mean hop on the junk-food wagon eat whole foods and start (if you don't already) lifting weights take it easy at first then increase the weight gradually. Also, include some aerobic exercise into your regimen at least 3 times a week 20-30 minutes per session. Good Luck!

i got here across the e book to be very informative and common to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm purely worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too at as quickly as. i will confess i haven't accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the indexed meals and meal plans (yet commonly) and doing little or no workout, however the burden retains flying off. It for sure works and if i could accompanied it precisely i think of it may scare the residing daylights out of me as a results of volume that i could lose. So thank you returned for the tips. i haven't bought something like this in the previous as a results of fact they are oftentimes full of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. begin as we communicate!

not sure of your age, but you are probably still growing.
Just eat healthy(fruits, veggies, light dairy, whole grains(bread, rice, pasta) stay away from white rice, white bread, white pasta, sugars...adds fat*
work out every day...pushups against kitchen counter, squats , take 2 equal cans of veggies or soup from cupboard and lift them as weights,..then increase the weight (or buy some weights)
biking builds you up also in your legs...the pushups will build ur upper body/shoulders....
go to your local library and look at books for fitness to build upper body strength , it wll guide you as to how much weight and how many repititons to do..This will definately build you up* Aslo Swimming* very good for upper strength*
Best wishes and enjoy your summer, try not to over workout and let the summer pass you by, as when fall comes, you'll be sorry you didn't do anything FUN as you were too focussed on your body image* good luck

Why is that bad? If you're healty and look fine, there should be nothing wrong. Who told you you're TOO skinny? If it's a doc, then yes, listen, but if it's a friend-who may know NOTHING about wieght, why are you worrying? ALL that matters is that you're healthy!

man drink Protein shakes everyday and lift weights like crazy. Make sure you lift heavy weights and low reps otherwise you won't build muscle.
Good luck
