Before 10 Am and after 4 - PM the sun has the harshest UV rays - it's best to be in spf 35 and repeat after you sweat or swim and wear a hat - if you have to be in the sun. It's those years we burned, used oils and went to the tanning beds -
wear an spf of 15 on your face every day -
