is there really love out there or is it just a game guys like to play

It's out there - but it only gets easier to find (and to be aware that you HAVE found it) once you get a little more mature.
That's not saying that you AREN'T going to find it - but it will be harder if you don't know what it is you are looking for...
Be weary of anyone who seems to fall "in love" with you over a very short period of time - odds are, they will fall right back out just as quickly.
But when you do find REAL love - you will definitely know :)
IF you could find true love when you're 13 - then there would be wedding chapels set up inside the schools themselves!

My friends had said that if you play the game and you lose you can start the game over again, but if there is love, you can get hurt easily and quite often.

Love is out there, I think. Also, it seems that girls like to play games, too.
