I feel like my muscles are tense and I'm tired all the the time.
I get headaches all the time.
and sometimes my leg swell from all the standing I do over the stove.
and my body aches daily.
no, im not an athlete, but it happens, ya know.
I'm a mother and I run around after my kids all the time.
I just need a natural way to relax.
Can I change my diet to help me?
any techniques I can do?

Take a yoga or a pilates class.... that might really help you-they've helped me. A massage might also help, too. It could be stress thet's making you so tense. Try taking a hot bath with real Lavender oil in it. Try massaging your feet, really kneading them-and anything else that's sore. You can also put a tennis ball/racket ball inside a sock and sandwich it between you and the wall. [when I'm especially tense, I use a bouncy ball-this provides for deeper penetration...it does hurt, though!] Press against your sock thingy, and roll it all over your back.

Some foods that may help:

If you're sore, eat tomatos or raisins- they help with the lactic acid, which is what makes you sore.
General healthy food like Spinach,etc.- eat for energy, not pleasure. It may help with your tiredness.

Hope I helped! Good Luck!

Boy can I sympathize! I'm not a mom, but my mother has had trouble like that much of her life.

Yes, a change might help. Try drinking more water and using less salt. You spoke of your muscles being tense, so try a good vitamin suppliment- preferable b-complex and potassium. Or eat a diet rich in those nutrients.

And you might enjoy a bath with epsom salts, and a cup of herbal tea. There are a lot of relaxing blends out there.

Good luck!

Taking vitamin B12 can help with your stress, which might help with your muscle tension. As for relaxing itself, try a spa one day and hire a babysitter. When the kids are taking naps, try some meditation. Or, for a quick relaxing thing (I do this with my shoulders at work all the time) - tense the muscles in question as hard as you can, and then release the tension. It loosens things up a bit.

All those things happen when you have feel good sensations like that but one way to know for sure that you just had an orgasm is after you think you have had it hold still and if ur vagina muscles start contracting you more n likely just had an orgasm.
