Never go on a diet, it will weaken your body.
The best way to loose weight is to play and run alot. Everybody has a metabolism (in the stomach), if you eat less than your metabolism will get slow and you wont burn enough calories. If you run, you can increase your metabolism speed which can help burn calories faster.
* You can also eat alot of fruit and drink water.
Diets only make the body slow and weak.
They are also very bad for the health!

I'm guessing that when you say "diet" you're referring to a weight loss plan.
YES trying to lose weight does work, but I would make sure you're exercising and not going on some crazy Adkins type.
Honestly the best diet is a healthy one.Before you try a new hip radical or extreme diet or any diet that costs money I would suggest you look at the food you are eating now and how much you exercise now.

it depends on if u really really want to diet if u do then u have no problem n u have to make it a healthy lifestyle so u can actucall y lose weight
