He's come into some hard luck and bad calls as of late.

He's the defending champ who has Hendrick power so don't count him out. Unfortunately if you look at recent history, the defending champion has not always performed real well the following year. So...look for Jimmy to turn it up and reverse the trend.

Never EVER count him out. He has been having a string of bad luck lately. When he blew a tire last weekend I spit out my coke. I was looking around thinking the world was going to end. It's so weird when they have trouble and don't bounce back because they always "overcome adversity." He''ll be back..he always comes back..everytime... He always seems to be there when it counts and everyone goes "(Sigh) OMG with this guy again." Long story short, he'll still make the chase, and he'll either win the championship or come up short by a whisker. Same old, same old.

I used to be a big fan of Johnson until Bristol. The way that he blocked his own teammate, I couldn't believe it. Jeff had the better car, and if it would have been anyone else, they would have put him in the wall. He knew that Jeff wouldn't so he drove him like that. I have no respect for him now, and I would pull for anyone to win over him. Maybe he is getting what he deserves, and he needs to do something about the uni-brow too.

Oh, I hate to be the bad one with this question, but I really can't stand Jimmie Johnson. After seeing him race in person at Talladega in April, he quickly became my least favorite driver. I just don't approve of his frequent bump drafting and sometimes it leads to wrecking people. Idk, I just don't like him, and he's really the only driver I can't stand.

I hope he continues to fall, but then again, I don't want Jeff Burton to keep falling neither. I guess we will see if he gets his act together and rebounds. But I'm pulling for my Burton to get his act together too.

He would probably come out ok if he could manage to have the right amount of fuel in his gas tank. I am not a fan but I have to say he is a talented driver, just not the one that I choose to support.

If he and Chad Knouse get back on the same page and work out what ever is going on between them then he comes back in spades. If not then down, down, down.
