4 days ago, I started to feel pain on the side of my body (both right and left, but more right side) and the pain is located above my hip bone but below my rib cage. When I lie down, it does not hurt, but when I sit a certain way or stretch a certain way, I feel the pain. I drink a lot of water so its not dehydration, I'm not sure if its kidney stones. I'm just looking to see if anyone has an idea before I see my doctor Thursday.

This could be a simple pulled muscle. The best thing is to see your medical doctor and get an examination to find out exactly what this problem is.

You shouldn't ask that type of question on here, unless it is a doctor that answers your question, because the answer you get could be wrong and it will make you worry more, wait and see what your own doctor says when you see him or her and try not to worry it might not be serious
