It is not possible in Islam, IF she holds onto the false teachings about Jesus: he was half god, was god, died for your sins etc.

I believe she does not believe in any of these, thus she can be a Muslim. :)

because according to Islam, God sent messengers before Muhammad to mankind. These were Jesus, Moses and previous ones.

They all said the same message: worship God and do not wrong eachother

The York Rite and the Muslim Brotherhood might be able to reach some consensus. However, because Muslims have a different outlook on matters such as the divinity of Jesus and the Crucifixion, it is doubtful. They also do not embrace the doctrine of the Trinity, which is fundamental to most Christian faiths, the Anglican one included. My answer is therefore probably no.

Furthermore, Muslims are still smarting from the Crusades, aa Christian venture, which included many knights from England, the home of the Anglican faith. If you were to visit some of their web sites, you would see that they have a major axe to grind with the Knights Templar.

However, if you were to consider the possibility that all religions contain lies which are perpetrated and all of them contain some fundamental truths, I guess it is possible.

Your question is very original.

Midge brought this up earlier. People got ALL on her case.

I think she just likes praying in Arabic.

Psychologists will tell you that there is a certain romance and mysticism to praying in another language. That's why people are drawn to it.

For Catholics, that's why prayers in Latin are so wonderful. JPII, God bless him, said all Catholics should know a number of prayers in Latin. I can go anywhere in the world and pray with other Catholics.

Listen to Sting's album, Nothing Like the Sun. Then listen to the same album which he recorded in various latin languages. Nada Como El Sol.

The second is FAR more beautiful.

If it's other than that, I think it's 10 shades of wrong.

Maybe she just can't make up her mind.

It's like the guy in the Mummy movie with all the different religious medals on. "just incase..."

Maybe she prefers the Muslim robes over her priest collar. That would be pure vanity. Not of God.

Islam means submitting to the will of almighty God (the one and only)...and the meaning of the word Muslim means the one who submits his/hers will to God.
And a very important fact is that there is 5 pillars in Islam and the 1st one and the most important is 'I bear witness that there is no God but Allah' once you proclaim that then you are a Muslim but it doesn't stop there, there are private and public obligations one must under take to affirm his/hers belief like(the 5 daily prayers,zakat-charity and so fourth).
coming to your question like most things in life people have a tendency to claim such nonsense but the truth always remains when you ask them who they believe to be God.

I think that it's interesting. Is it possible? My first thought is no, but I would like to hear answers arguing yes that it is possible.

Edit:
I agree with Calmness before...
If she changes a few doctrines of Christianity then it will be possible to be both.
