No you probably don't have any legal rights. Why are you leaving your dog outside with those little bastards around though? Bring the dog in the house.

Unless they are coming onto your property, sadly, there is nothing you can do but put up a tall, privacy fence. Poor thing!! One of our clients had this exact same problem and actually had us place her dog for her because the kids were relentless. So awful. She even tired talking to the kid's parents, police, she got no where. I am so sorry this is happening to you and your baby. How horrible.

How old are the kids? How old is your maltipoo? Is your yard fenced? How do they haresse the dog? I would suggest talking to the kids parent's and not leave the dog by him/her self so that the kids have an opportunity to haress the dog.

Oh my goodness! I would not let my dog near those kids! I'm not sure about the legal rights though...
BUT I certainly would report those kids to their parents!

If the pup is injured you can sue. Also try and catch them in the act with camera, video camcorder or security camera.
