Since jews dont hold anyone as partners with God.
And the verse that says ' do not marry your daughters' in the Quran specifically says: 'do not marry them to those who hold partners with God'

There is no other verse in the Quran that says: you cannot marry any one of the Book (jews or christians) except for the verse I mentioned.

Any adult can marry any other adult in a civil court in a democratic country. Don't try it in a country under Sharia law- the Jew would be put to death!
From the religious point of view- no, Judaism does NOT allow intermarriage for a couple of reasons
1) Jews have to adhere to the 613 laws, non-Jews to the 7 Noahide laws. The Noahide laws do not contain the marriage laws- thus the laws for a Jew marrying are not binding on a non-Jew, and thus there cannot be a marriage between them
2) The Torah specifically prophibits a Jewish male from marrying a non-Jew since the children would not be Jewish and thus his line would be lost to the nation. A woman is forbidden from marrying a non-Jew since it states that the non-Jewish husband will entice the children to follow other Gods, and thus Jewish children would end up involved on other religions and lost to Judaism.

Anywhere in the world, a Muslim woman who tried to marry a Jewish man would be dead before she knew it. All her male relatives would kill her to protect the family "honor".
Look what happened in Pakistan to the Muslim girl who fell in love with a Muslim boy . . . . from another village! Stoned to death while the police just stood around and watched.
And you honestly think any Muslim girl would be allowed to live if she wanted to marry what Islam considers a descendant of "pigs and monkeys"? At least that's what's being taught in all the Saudi-sponsered Wahabi Madrases around the world . . . including the ones in L.A......!

"Since Jews dont hold anyone as partners with God."
have no idea what you are saying by that statement.
but to answer your question both religions would frown on it, but if they live in a free country they can do what they wish.
edit-
ah I see thank you for the clarification.

Marriage is simply a way for the government to get involved in your love life, kind of a tax on sexual intercourse if you will. But, if this Muslim woman wants to marry a Jewish man there is nothing stopping them other than thousands of years of superstitions and F.E.A.R.s. Any woman can marry any man no matter what they F.E.A.R. unless their F.E.A.R.s and the F.E.A.R.s of their support group keep them from it.

The Bible says not to be unequally yoked. Meaning that if you both don't have the same God and worship methods you marriage will be doomed.
"Do not be unequally yoked together with un believers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? and what communion has light with darkness."
