I dont think that its people hate him i think its more corporations and the government because he is revealing truths about America and doing it to an extent where he doesnt care if he gets in trouble for it...these companys could lose a ton of money from truths that he tells..and the government has never liked to be exposed.
im truly glad that sicko came out..its been an issue i have been trying to get people to realize for so long..and yet none of them do..my husband still doesnt believe we have a horrible health system..ugh
i think people that refuse to belive what he says is actually true..just want to believe that they are getting the best and being treated the best by living in america..the land of the free..the land of opportunity..when really..america blows and i cant wait for the chance to get out of here

Hmmm, "why do so many rich Americans like Michael Moore, hate America, and speak fondly of the systems of poor nations?" Rich Americans like Michael Moore because he is a convenient punching bag. All the cons are so busy hating him that they don't notice them sending all those jobs overseas where they exploit the systems of poor nations for cheap labor. As for why the rich hate America, well you'll have to ask them.

I'm not saying I like him, because I honestly haven't paid much attention to him, but I do think it's weird how Americans hate the things he represents: like socialized medicine, for example, or rallying against the rich. You do see comments in here about how he hates America, or how he's a liar. That's a fairly damning thing to say.

I ve been reading through all of the forums on this subject for hours, and I have yet too see any significant facts to back the claim that he s a lair or a fraud . It really just seems to be opinion. Everyone that dislikes him calls him fat, a liberal, a socialist and a fraud, but I ve yet to see any un-opinionated facts to support those claims. It s all personal opinion, or a website listing the reasons to hate him with no backing evidence. It s all strict personal opinion.

Update! It's 2015 and most Americans hate him for good reason. He continues to be easily despicable. The movement, the one that says you're very 'in' if you align yourself with celebrities and the left, is slowly being exposed for what it is: The detached whims of self-enamored people who think it intelligent to trash the U.S.A. which grant them power to insist you live by their rules. In the end they are nothing but expert hypocrites.

Its the way he goes about it
Yes he is a liberal but he does have some good ideas and his Detroit up bringing helps
but right now the unions that he loves are really hurting this country.
The price of Union labor is so high right now that big business is finding labor elsewhere
But back to mike He is to socialist for this capitalist Country.

Don't think is hatred.
Just communication problems with misinterpretation, miscoomunication,communication failures with communication break-down.
Expose living human kind were living in misery with communication problems.
What he did was just hilighting the mess in pictures.
Trying to solve the misery for the good of mankind.
Some of us may not be good with words.
So communicate in pictures to solve the mess out there.
That is what communication is all about.
Ever wonder why children like comic books in pictures rather than reading books with words only?
Ever wonder why "The young one" were good with computer games in pictures?
But poor with knowledge in words?

maybe it is michael moore who hates america but just can't afford to leave. there are other countries like france that open their arms to him for slamming america so if he can be a hero to them why doesn't he move there permenatly? our so called socialites that make hollywood their home seem to always threaten to leave the country and never return if this law isn't passed or if so and so get elected but time after time they never live up to their promises. maybe america isn't so bad after all.

because either he would pay 50% of his earning or be muzzled.
he take an issue desorts them. Cuba better health then US??? believe that and . then join there.
