It idals ok, but when you put it in gear it starts to shake and jerk, then stalls, once you are over 30 mph it is fine. I have checked all fluids. I can't figure it out. Hopefully some one can give me some suggestions.

Sounds like you need new plugs and Dielectric grease on the insulators to stop spark from arcing to ground at the plugs.

Sounds like you are experiencing a misfire, but I am unsure of the knock noise unless you just think it's knocking because of the misfire. The first thing to do is inpsect under the hood without the motor running. Take every spark plug wire off of the ignition coils one by one and inspect the metal connections of the coil towers and the spark plug wire. Also inspect the insulation on the wires. You are looking for splits in the insulation or corroded connections that can be rusty or black. If you find any corrosion, you are best served to replace the complete set of plug wires and the affected coil(s) as the corrosion cannot be permanently removed. You also need to check the other end of the plug wires for the same condition. I would also remove every spark plug to inspect for corrosion, carbon tracking, or worn spark plugs. Any suspect and I'd replace the complete set. Also replace the fuel filter if you do find this stuff to be sure your tune condition is good. If you don't find anything, check the spark outputs at the plug end for every cylinder to be sure you don't have an open plug wire or bad coil/module. If that's okay, you will have to check codes, fuel pressure and injectors and/or the driver circuit to them. Good luck.

Have you changed your spark plugs? Maybe it just needs a tune up. I would take it to a mechanicl I trust.
