I have really fair skin that's sort of transparent. When i'm cold and in the shade you can see my veins. I don't tan well in the sun. Please give me sugestions for tanning in the sun and fake tans.

slow and steady, First time in sun, ten minutes front and then ten minutes back. for first week, then add five minutes each week. Be sure to use skin moisterizors. But on the other hand, suntanning to excess causes skin cancer. So don't over do it. By the way, in many cultures, the women are highly prized for having your type of skin.

Its really hard for me to tan in the sun too unless I spend all day everyday outside because I have such fair skin, so I go to a tanning bed. You want to start with only about 10 minutes in the basic bed for about 3-5 days. Then move to 12 then to 15 slowly make your way up to 20.. I also went to the 10 minute one about once a week after I had reached 20 minutes on the basic one. but I go everyday. Eventually after about a month (i know it sucks thats so long) you'll have a nice tan.. You're never going to be as tan as some people but this will help you tan. And use a tanning lotion I recommed designer skin products. Dont use any with bronzer theyll make you look orange. But this is how I do it. Hope it works out! Oh and dont spend more than 45 dollars on a basic month membership.. Some tanning beds try to rip people off.

it sepends on how long you are in the sun though. but, fake tans are ok, though u can see where the tan has wore off, especially around ur feet if u have a fake tan and u wear tennis shoes after a while. thats the only thing i dont like about a fake tan. spray on or a llotion.

k i went to the beach and i got a great tan.

get a great beach chair that like expands so u can lay out, etc.

i put sunblock on my face and like spray every where else and like layed out for 2 1/2 hours, but i went in the ocean so yea.

u can use tanning oil too. i would really reccomend it.

also, u can get a spray tan. tat will cover up ur veins. and u won't get any sun exposure but u'll look like u did!

also, just go to like publix or target and look at the tanning lotions and just get a couple diff. kinds and try them out!

good luck and hav a great summa

I am very fair and I always use sunscreen while outdoors and I really don't tan. I burn or freckle. The best sunless tanner I've have found to work is called Faux Tan sunless tanner its by bare escentuals. You can get it online at QVC or at any Sephora stores or Ulta if you have them by you. Its $22.00 but worth every penny. I didn't streak and it lasts up to five days. My teenage daughters love it and it looks natural on them too.
