This isn't directly about God or Jesus, but it was a dream I believe was inspired by the Holy Spirit. When I woke up the meaning was very clear to me.
I'm a new Christian (two years) and sometimes have trouble committing to daily bible reading. Sometimes I also forget to pray for a day or two.
In my dream I was hanging out at home watching TV. I headed into a back bedroom of my house, an empty room that we don't use for anything, and when I walked into the room there was a baby in a crib, with a changing table next to the crib (I don't have any kids).
I suddenly realized that this baby was *MY* responsibility and that I had neglected the baby completely for at least 24 hours. As I began to change the baby, it didn't make a sound... just looked me directly in the eyes with a kind of sad, patient expression.
I woke up before I actually changed the baby, but I understood immediately that the baby was my neglected relationship with my Lord Jesus. The dream was the Spirit's way of telling me that I'd been neglecting God, His word, and prayer.
Salvation, like a child, is a wonderful free gift from God. It cannot be earned and once gained cannot be easily lost, but a relationship with Jesus Christ requires daily effort on the part of the believer... we must do the work if we expect to grow in Christ.
I'm trying to take better care of the baby these days...

I dreamt about god and Jesus in separate dreams only once so far in my life. I dreamt about god a few years ago. I died in a car accident and had to wait outside heaven. An angel told me most people go right to heaven when they die. The rest of where I was. I walked around and all I saw were preachers, priests, reverends (basically anyone the teaches about God). I walked around and talked to some of them to see how long they waited. I got answers like 6 days, 6 months, 6 years. All of them was sad and depressed. They all would say, "I don't know what I did wrong, I did everything right." I tried to cheer them up while I was beginning to worry. After being there 6 hours, God sent for me. I was by myself with God. He was basically clouds, thunder and lightning. He yell'd in a mean voice, "Why should I let you in?" I immediately got scared and thought to myself, he's pissed off. I began to think of my life and all the things I've done. Then all of the sudden I stopped and thought to myself, no way, God loves me. Then the thunder and lightning went away. God laughed and lovingly said, "I almost had you."
My sister challenged me one day. I've been talking about writing a book about God for the past few years, that it was a calling. She doesn't believe in it. She told me if it was a call then why don't I pray for an answer to come in a dream. I know she didn't expect anything from it. I did pray that night. I told God if he wants me to write it then tell me in my dream. I said if he didn't then I won't write the book. Well long story short, Jesus came to me in my dream and told me I could talk about him but don't try to prove that he's real. A jar of pennies was in the dream. When I went to work that morning I saw a cup of pennies that was never there before. I must admit, I wasn't expecting an aswer for him.
Oh yeah, I'm an asian guy, Jesus appeared to me like a skateboarder, long hair, baggy jeans, oversized shirt.

Yes, though the dream is so special to me I do not share it. It taught me a personal lesson I needed to learn; It brought me a sense of wonder and peace; It was a very real experience that I will not soon forget.

I had a dream where this guy was supposed to be teaching me to walk on water, and he gave up halfway across the lake and I had to finish the journey swimming.
I'm not sure if that was Jesus. I mean, it kinda looked like him, and he was walking on water, but I get the impression it wasn't him.

10 years ago I had the most awesome experience in my life and it was above all things I have ever encountered. I was laying on my bed one night and I felt something like hands zipping back and forth across my legs and chest. It felt really good. I woke up out of my sleep to see what was doing it. I saw nothing, but I still felt the zipping feeling across my body. It felt so good I said, "Praise God!". Then I felt something like a hand on my chest push me back down on the bed. When I laid back down and closed my eyes, I saw a man dressed in white sitting next to my head, but I could not see His face. So, I raised my head back up and opened my eyes and I saw nothing. But when I laid my head back down and closed my eyes, I could see the man with my eyes closed. It was the Lord. He leaned over and spoke in my ear and said, "Prophecies and prophecies are about to be fulfilled". After saying that He continued to speak in my ear, but His voice went silent. That morning when I woke up, the experience was so awesome, I could not even speak. I put on my shoes and went across the street into a vacant parking lot and began to praise God like I was crazy. People thought I had lost my mind. But that's how awesome the experience was.
