The cheapest way to get it is through your local agent's association - www.iiaa.org

But the minimum premium, as far as I've seen, is $1500 depending on where you live. Obviously, the retro date is an important issue, too. If you don't have one, it will cost less.

To the better of my expertise, it would not influence your E&O in any respect. And it won't influence for a notary bond, that can value you $one hundred for 5 years. in spite of the shown fact that it could influence you for different bonding. Bonds are huge and multiple!
