Questioning beliefs and debating beliefs are not bashing.
Satire and humor are not bashing.
Mockery of religious institutions and leaders is not bashing, because many of them get a bit too pompous on occasion and deserve it. Personally, I think anything that takes itself too seriously is ripe for humor. And it’s worth remembering that it is not the institutions and the leaders that we worship.
As somebody once said, anything worthy of standing the test time can withstand mockery.
My line is drawn when somebody sets out to belittle the beliefs of another in a way that is designed to be deliberately hurtful. I think this shows very bad taste and inconsideration for what another holds sacred.

As far as i'm concerned, "bashing" is false accusations and personal attacks.
Questioning is not bashing. Criticizing a behavior, belief, or religion is not bashing. Asking that a belief not be supported by government is not bashing. These are all free speech.
What pushes my buttons:
- Ad hominem (personal) attacks.
- Making ASSumptions based on another's belief or lack thereof.
- Making accusations or questioning the character of others based on religious beliefs rather than empirical evidence.
- Stating claims about science, atheism, or a religion without bothering to learn the facts.
- ...And related, stating claims about science, atheism, or another religion without bothering to research beyond one'[s own religious apologetics.
- Sloppy thinking.
- $mitty--but not for long, hopefully.

There are more but I'll have to go back over some of the answers in the past.
And it's not so much that these bother me, because I don't really care what people think of me, but it irks me that this is what people consider an answer to a question and they think they're witty for it.

It IS a good question... and I don't have the answer because it seems that the criteria keep changing.
If I question the validity of the Bible, I'm bashing.
If I state that I don't think Jesus was saying anything original or particularly profound, I'm bashing.
If I say that I consider lacking belief in Quetzalcoatl to be the same as lacking belief in Yahweh, I'm bashing AND mocking!
So yeah, I'd like to know too!

Making remarks that are blatant lies or willful misrepresentations of another's position or belief. It goes back and forth between theists and atheists, and the different faith camps. It's really just point gaming with a twist.

its when u take a bat to something.
seriously, bashing isnt questioning your beliefs, bashing isnt having different opinions and views, it is NOT finding holes in someone elses beliefs. it is making fun of their beliefs. asking questions about their beliefs with the intent to hurt anothers feelings

The only thing that really pisses me off is when people tell my Gods are "false" or "demons" Other then that not much gets me.

Don't think it can really be defined because it varies by person. What offends you may not (and likely won't) offend me.
