The pasta is good, but make sure it is the whole wheat kind. I would not feed white bread. Frankly, anything made from enriched white flour isn't good for you, either! The olives I would skip - they are too salty. Corn flakes are kind of high in sugar, too. Cheerios are better. Generally, for birds you want to avoid foods that are high in fat, salt, and sugar. Also, don't give your bird caffeine, chocolate, or avocado (these are poisonous to birds). Everything else you mentioned is okay.

Anything that they WILL eat, they CAN eat is a good rule of thumb. The things that they can't have are things like chocolate, gum, avocados, onions, processed meat, and anything very salty since they can't digest salt. Pits of fruits are another no-no. Eggs are VERY good for them because of the high protein! Pasta is another great thing for them (some bird foods actually come with pasta in them). All things that you listed other than the olives (because of the salt) are good for them. Just make sure he doesn't get the pit of the cherries, mango or pear. Try dried fruits if you're not sure about the pit.

They can eat almost everything.
Minus chocolate, avocados, and lettuce. That all kills them.
Most love popcorn, and noodles. Others prefer apples, grapes, and bananas just make sure it's something they can hold
