It would be helpful if you could tell us which airline(s) you are flying with.

IIRC, all international non-Lufthansa flights from/to the US arrive and depart in Terminal 2. European airlines and Lufthansa use Terminal 1. Chances are you'll have to change between the terminals and use the sky train if you do not fly with Lufthansa. But don't worry - just get off the plane, got to the next departure billboard and see from what gate your next flight is leaving.

One thing that worries me though - which citizenship do you hold? If you are Moldavian and do not hold any other passport, you might have to apply for a Schengen transit visa before you go. I could check on this for you if you are Moldavian.

Edit: Just checked, the only airline to Chisinau is Air Moldova, is departing from Terminal 1, Hall B.
Couldn't find Pearson, though. (Where is this town?)

2nd Edit: Just found out that you are probably flying out of Toronto. (You could could have said so.) Flights from Toronto are operated by Air Canada, Lufthansa and TS. Air Canada has Terminal 1, hall B. TS (Air Transat, maybe all transatlantic flights) is in Terminal 2 hall E. Lufthansa is in Terminal 1 Hall A.

So all you have to do is find out where you are on arrival and then how to get from there to Terminal 1 Hall B.

3rd Edit: I found out that you are Moldovian citizen, but hold CND residency. I looked and you do not need a visa for transit in Frankfurt, but you will not be allowed to leave the transit area at all. Don't forget this.

When you check in at Pearson, they will likely give you the boarding pass for your connecting flight out of Frankfurt. The airline may announce the gates for connecting flights toward the end of the flight into Frankfurt. If not, simply locate the flight arrival/departure monitors in the Frankfort airport to see what gate you need to proceed to. You'll find that all of the signs in Frankfurt include English. Also, Frankfurt is a big airport but not particularly difficult. As long as you have sufficient time between flights, you shouldn't have a problem. Don't worry. And have a good trip.

Since you are very worried, just ask the flight attendant or someone by the kiosk when getting off the plane. They all speak english, so don't worry.. If you know where is the gate for your connection, just go there directly.

Are you an american citizen? What kind of passport do you have? I flew through munich and frankfort on a return trip from Europe and had no problems I only had to show an id, my ticket and US passport.

usually everthing that has to do with boarding passes is taken care of at your origin, but it depends if you're changing airlines, so you might want to call your airline(s) that you're using.
