16 tablespoons = 1 cup

So for 3 tbsps you would need to measure just under 1/4th of a cup (3/16 ths to be exact)

1 cup = 16 tablespoons

3 tablespoons = 0.1875 cups or 3/16 cup

(4/16 cup would be 1/4 cup)

4 teaspoons equal 1 tablespoon, so 12 teaspoons. You can use your regular table spoon if you don't have measuring spoons.
