acne treatment!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!?

i have this 1 pimple on my nose that has been there for over a month now. I have used many different products such as BP and spot treatments to get this off but it doesn't seem to go away! if you know please tell me something that'll get rid of this once and for all!!!

If you are sure it isn't something other than acne I suggest taking a warm wash cloth and placing it over the blemish every night. If you still can't resolve this talk to a doctor.
