All the books of the bible work together for one truth.
I am hesitant to point one out that you should study and prefer above another.
This being said, I do not study the bible all together, I study certain themes and books and move on to another.
This year I will be studying Matthew and last year we just finished Romans.
I would recommend Matthew to you along with a group to study it with. Its called BSF Bible study fellowship. There are groups that meet in the morning and at night in towns across america and many other countries. Men and women meet separately and while the questions in the study are the same, women have a very different take on the questions than the men do.
My husband and I do the study together, but we meet and discuss it with our groups separately. What God has in store for him through this study will often times be different than what God has in store for me in this same study.
I do not recommend study groups very often, but BSF is open to all ways of worship, without regard for an individuals home church preference. It sticks to the bible alone for its questions and answers, and allows for the free expression of individual thoughts on different questions.
Classes start up again every September and end in early late May early June. Most classes do have childrens classes available but not all do.

I know you ask for a book in the bible, but want you to read this book along with the bible: The Power of A praying Woman by Stormie Omartian. You will learn scriptures that you can stand on and there are prayers for woman. May this book bless you. :-)

I am reading a book called Prayers From The Heart (simple conversations with God). It covers a lot of day-to-day situations and when you read it, it is like having a conversation with God.
But the Book of Ruth is good.

It's important not to exclude yourself from Bible knowledge . The knowledge in the Bible is meant for everyone whom God has allowed to understand . If you want to understand your role as a wife and woman , this is interspersed throughout the Bible . Get a NIV Bible and read it from beginning to end , taking no shortcuts . Every word is for you !!!

Many would say Proverbs 31.
But I'm much more fond of Song of Songs and Book of Wisdom.

Since all who are in Christ are the same,(no Jew nor Greek, no bond or free, no male or female, but all are one in Christ Jesus) every book in the Bible is good for women and their learning of God's Word. Peace.

2 Timothy starts off talking about the Godly women that raise Timothy, his mother Lois and Grandmother Eunice. Then it talks about behaviors...not just for women but for all Christians.
