Yes, there are lots of babysitting jobs. However, babysitting is really the only paid job a 13 year old is able to have because the legal minimum age for other jobs is 14 for part time, 16 for full time.

Yeah there are a lot. First try going to the neighbors and if your parents have friends who have kids offer them a night out together. Then you can baby sit.
