The Bible mainly records Adam and Eve's two first born sons (probably because of the significance of Cain and Abel's acions) but they undoubtedly had more later and they were married to their own siblings.

Now although children are born with problems if their parents marry into their own family, we need to remember that Adam and Eve were created perfect and so their gene's had not begun to break down. Now you are probably thinking "But didn't they already sin? And weren't they just kicked out of the garden of Eden? So that must mean they're not perfect anymore!" Well since it was still taking their bodys so long to break down (they lived to be over a thousand years old back then) they could still mate without any defects. Now of course...that is out of the question.

Adam and Eve were genetically perfect! They were destined to and agreed to before the fact, that they would fall! Otherwise, what would be the point in being created in the first place? Satan swore after His fall from heaven that he would do everything in his power to destroy God's plan of creation, so God tricked Him into doing exactly what He wanted Satan to to! Get Eve to eat the apple and then give it to Adam! what would be the point of living perfect in the garden forever, and not have children to start the human race! So Adam and Eve had children, but the DNA was different in each child, so technically, even though they had the same parents, they were not Genetically the same. So it would be like two strangers meeting, and then mating! Marriage was created later, by man! And that was to protect the children, by having the father be legally and morally responsible for their children!

Cain and Abel were their first two sons. Adam and Eve had other children also. Read the Bible a little closer, and you would know that.

TG already told you where. Of course, there are those here that will tell you that even though it says that, that is not what it means.

Adam and Eve had many more children than their two sons, Cain and Abel. You just hear about those to brothers because it was a major part in the Bible to teach a lesson of how God blessed those who gave more.

Eve was a matriarch.. so she is mentioned... their daughters were probably not mentioned because they were (at that time) not seen as having value. When they married they would have been known as someones wife...

This sounds strange, but keep this in mind, they were geneticly perfect, and there were no laws against it at this time, they married their brothers.

You have to seperate your modern mindset from the culture of that time.

After the first few kids, the story moves on and we do not hear about how many kids adam and eve actually had.

What about Seth in chapter 4 of Genesis? What about "other sons & daughters" in chapter 5 of Genesis? Clearly you are spouting the same old argument that was used in the fraudulent Scope's Trial without having read the Bible for yourself. Maybe you wouldn't look so foolish if you had before asking such an ignorant question.

The question of incest is a totally separate question, but logically follows. I'll beat you to the punch. Go to: http://www.answersingenesis.org/home/area/tools/cains_wife.asp.

Genesis 5:4: "After the start of Seth, Adam lived yet another 800 years, and HE HAD different little toddlers." How did we proceed to populate? Adam's little toddlers could have married the two their brother or sister, or aunt, uncle, cousins. There could have been no issues genetically as they have been nonetheless so on the brink of perfection. by utilizing the time of Moses, God gave rules regulating marriage and outlawed incest.

actually a 3rd son is mentioned, "seth".

however seeing as the first 5 books were written by moses, who couldnt possibly have been there to witness adam and eve, im sure some got lost in the oral passing. and not to mention i wouldnt doubt they leave out unimportant facts, such as women. (yes women were considered much inferior to men).

adam and eve lived at least 600 years according to the bible. i doubt they only had 3 children..

The pinnacle of earthly bliss was reached when Adam and Eve witnessed the birth of their first children, a set of twins. Adam
was a devoted father and Eve a contented mother. The twins were Cain (Qabil) and his sister. Later Eve gave birth to a
second set of twins, Abel (Habil) and his sister. The family enjoyed the bounties and fruits of the earth provided by their Lord. The children grew up to be strong and healthy young adults. Cain tilled the land, while Abel raised cattle............continued....

Adam and Eve has more than two sons.

"And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:" Genesis 5:4
