This question is hard to answer as it is written. There are many reasons for this type of behavior...
If its from stress then exercize helps reduce stress and can help calm you down. Depending on how much your problem bothers you, perhaps seeing a therapist or getting frequent massages will help.
If you're hitting puberty, this is a common problem and will abate with time. If you're pregnant, this is common to pregnant women in the third trimester. If you're going through menopause this is also common.
Or, perhaps this is a sign of a more serious condition. Based on your question I can't glean enough information to determine this. Alzheimers, thyroid conditions, or many other medical conditions have this type of behavior as a symptom.
Good luck!

Aerobic exercise or relaxation techniques would be a first step.
Next I would look at what in your life is over stressing you and how can you back off a bit. Getting good exercise and fresh air and sunshine can help and never underestimate the power of a good friend as a sounding board or second choice dump a little of your anxious feelings on various co-workers to "share the wealth", so that one of them does not feel too dumped on.

Are you talking any kind of medicine-You probably overdose(That happen to me once I almost taught I was going to die)The best you can do is to drink lots of water and go to sleep in a dark room-It woke for me and the overdose wasn't gone after 2-3days of drinking and resting.

Stop and take a few deep breaths and focus or think about something peaceful. Also, don't keep thinking that you are nervous, etc.
