You may try wiping it off with rubbing alcohol. If it is washable, you may try soaking it overnight in a cold water with vinegar or baking soda. Hydrogen peroxide will do good too but be extra careful of its bleaching effects.

Before you attempt to wash the garments, soak them overnight in COLD water. Apply an enzyme type stain remover directly to the spots (full strength), rub it in , then wash as normal. Make sure you use COLD water, as hot will set the stain.

Hydrogen peroxide and cold water are the best. Just make sure the peroxide won't bleach the garment, if it's clothes you're referring to.
