NO....
In the race code... there is white, black, asian or other...
It will not effect the ticket at all.
Pay it or go to court.... but this is not a defense.

No. Government reporting statistics classify Hispanics as white. The officer correctly identified your race as white.
You were caught speeding. Plead guilty, pay the ticket, take a deep breath and SLOW DOWN !

No. Whether they put down the wrong race or you were wearing a halloween costume, YOU STILL WERE THE ONE WHO WAS SPEEDING so why should it be dismissed just cause they didn't put down the correct race?

Everybody is wrong on this. Yes it will get it dismissed. Go to court and bring this to the judge's attention with the officer on the stand. But to be effective you will have to do it in a "now I got your as$" fashion. Stick it to the man. It is your god given right to speed. Please take my advice and let me know how it turned out..

Nope, they can't even dismiss your ticket even if they got your license number wrong. Been there done that.

No...putting down the wrong race doesn't change the fact that you were speeding. Sorry.

Why would you be looking to duck your responsibility? Aren't you a responsible citizen? I have no sympathy for anyone who did the crime and whines about the time...shut up and be a man. You were wrong, grow up and take responsibility for it.
