Mine varies from about a 7 to a 10 on any given day. My husband had a stroke a little over a year ago and though he is doing well, he has some lingering disabilities that prevents him from speaking clearly and coherently and being able to move his right arm. Because of this, I have to do my jobs around the house, as well as his and I have to make all the hard decisions for the family. My husband is a young man of 51 and was very healthy up to his stroke and the last person anyone would expect to have one.

Today probably about a 6-7 only because I'm waiting to hear back from a company on whether or not they are going to lease a retail space to me. They are currently reviewing my business plan, financials and trying to come up with a deal to put on the table. Biting fingernails time LOL
Otherwise, I'm usually a pretty laid back person unless someone really pisses me off. :)

my is probably 7 i have a 9yr girl a 3yr girl a 1yrold girl and a 4month old boy. They are very very whiny it drives me crazy aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh. help. husband helps but they are just not saitsfied with anything even the baby crys all day long. 1 year old whines all day and she has this high pitch cry man the others dont have.

probably a 4. Lifes been pretty good to me lately but i have some health problems i need checked out and im not on any insurance right now so thats stressing me out a little bit.

Currently- my stress level is, "1.2". And the BIGGEST contributer to it's increasing, on occasion- to "1.3"- or higher, is other people. :)
