in terms of health there is no way. the body has no storage capacity for most micro nutrients which is exactly why eating every 3-4 meals is optimum for the metabolism and for nutrient uptake.

Im going to do the same but for only 7 days, Ill be sure to check back to see what others answered but I wanted to ask if we could start together so we can get support. why would u want 2 do that 2 urself but, if ur gonna do it EAT AS MUCH AS U CAN NOW
