how a woman can be more feminine and proper, both in dress and in communication? This will largely depend on your personal background and beliefs, so if you can also state your cultural background, it would be helpful.

eh i'd probably say the japs. lovely people. geishas and submission and all that stuff. i'm namibian (ethnically german).

I believe the English have the best etiquette. Although I think that may be b/c they (still) have a monarch. I know you're speaking specifically of women's etiquette, but I believe the Americans are by far the worst when it comes to ANY etiquette, and that is b/c most raise their children to be allowed to get away w/ anything! And I say that despite the fact that I am an American! God help our children if the children of today will be running the country when ours are older...

Are you female? If so, then everything you do is, by definition, feminine.

Are you polite and respectful of others? If so, then your behavior is proper.
