It's not often The Hedd and I agree. She's right on today. I do kind of miss them.Even the ones that didn't care for me.I know one left because they thought my Q&A were mean.I think they misunderstood them.I regret that but do not feel guilty.Others I've heard from. They are not around for exactly the reasons Hedd stated. It's almost like a Dear Abby column."There's a ghost in my house".What do I do?No one believes them and they are boring.

I'm sure I've been to more concerts than most people on here, from AC DC, Aerosmith, Springsteen, The Who and even Elvis when I was a kid. I still have most of the ticket stubs, T-shirts and programs too. Guess what? I'm a Christian. We don't all just sit at home or at church.
God Bless.

Not only do I get the feeling that many of them have not been to a rock concert, I'm surprised that so many of them denounce science so rabidly...all the while using something as technologically advanced as computers and the internet. Talk about a contradiction.

The only thing that sells out in our area are the rap and country concerts, so I'd have to drive several hours to see a good rock concert.
Used to hang out with a metal band in high school. Does that count? ;o)

Do you presume we don't listen to anything but "christian" music? We are normal people you know. We just choose to worship God and believe that he takes care of his children. That does not mean we don't listen to rock and roll or wear pants or go to work or school.

Yes ... expansion of the mind/open mindedness is key to personality-a good rock & roll concert has lots of that!

Yes, but I have been to many, have even performed in some. My band opened for Dave Mason a few years back. I smoked a joint or two with the guy. He hung out with the Beatles, so I'm 2 degress away from the Beatles and that makes me happy.

I must be a freak because I've always thought concerts were overated..the only really good ones I've ever seen were Prince and Parliment Funkadelic.

Yep! Does a really good show include getting kicked in the head by a stage diver? If so, I've been to one (Violent Femmes btw).
Some may think I've been kicked in the head one too many times!
