I do. I try to limit my water intake to a few sips, and when my workout is over I will drink a bottle.

Yes, I drink Nestle "Pure Life" flavored water, because like many other people - plain water just doesn't interest me enough to drink much of it, so flavored water helps me with that. It's best to drink Flavored water, than NO water at all.

yes, as long as the flavor doesn't add calories, too. it's a good idea to drink more before and after exercising, plus taking smaller drinks throughout the workout. especially if you're in a hot place, like outside.

By all means... as long as you aren't adding any significant calories to your diet by doing so...
Most flavored waters have less than 5 calories per serving and if it helps to keep you hydrated better than just regular water alone... then I'm all for it.

yes you can.
If you're tryin to lose weight, water (or flavored water) is best for you b/c it doesn't add any calories.
If you're not tryin to lose weight, you can have some Gatorade too.
Propel is excellent too!
