Aloe vera is good for any/all burns anywhere. Especially if you get it straight from the plant, it is the best burn ointment for you period. However, word of caution. . . . Bubbles on your face from sun.........I would consider getting checked and make sure you haven't gotten yourself a degree burn (not sure which is worse, 1st or 3rd), go to a minor emergancy if you can. If you cannot do this, say for financial reasons, at least make some contact with someone you know who is familiar with burns at least some, for a good educated opinion .. ok.. please, don't just self treat without knowing. Good luck, Lainey

Blisters?! If you have blisters from the sun do NOT put anything on them! Gels and lotions trap the heat and can cause the burn to worsen. Let the blisters be, keep them clean and try not to pick/scratch at them in case they burst. if one pops, make sure you keep it clean and covered. Burns and blisters from burns are HIGHLY susceptible to infection. Make sure you cover the area before you go out in the sun and after the skin heals make sure you use high SPF sunblock the next time you go out!!!
