If you are only going to drink one shake, shoot for immediately after. Studies show that the amino acid leucine taken immediately after high intensity exercise (like weight training or interval training) can help "trigger" your body to start the repair process... which promotes hypertrophy (the building of muscle)
However, just make sure that you aren't in a caloric deficit when you are doing so and don't waste your time with "sculpting" exercises as they don't tax the body enough to help produce more growth hormone.
Remember, to get big, you need to lift big, eat big, and rest big.
The two sources for your answer are below and are both well researched....

i drink a high carb and protien shake an hour before i lift. after my workout, i drink a protien shake bc your body need the protien for the repair process. as for you, it looks like you are doing only cardio and strength work, so i wonder if protien shakes are best. i hope your goal isn't to build muscle mass. i'd stick to just a good diet and save the mixes for when you lift heavy.

I've always heard it's better to work out on an empty stomach. Can't back that up, though.

drink it after. you use blood for digestion and for working out and making your blood do both might cause problems.
