Does it actually have a CO2 tank with a valve and regulator on it? If so, check with a local beverage gas or industrial gas supplier. They should be able to fill it for you. If you are not sure about who to call, ask your local bar that serves draft beer who they get their CO2 from.
If uses the small disposable CO2 cylinders, try a place online called DeFalco's Homebrew supply. The have been in business forever and are awesome. They sell everything you could possibly want for homebrewing. Ask for Scott, he's the owner and has forgotten more about beermaking than most people could learn in a lifetime.
Tell him the "Box Queen" from Georgia reccommended them.
Good luck!

Look in the Yellow Pages (or whatever you call you business telephone directory book) under compressed gas or under fire extinguisher servicing.
