The ONLY way you can tell for sure is making him wait for sex.....period......I repeat that is the ONLY way.....most guys are good at adapting their moods and attitudes to cater to your insecurities and to make you feel that they are there for the long haul.
If you don't make them wait, then you are rolling the dice. You are hoping that this guy is better than the rest.....and most of the time they arent.

Watch his actions. A guy who is just interested in you for sex is more than likely going to do the minimal amount of work he can so he can keep getting sex.
A guy who is interested in you for you is going to take an interest in the things you like, go out of his way to make you happy and generally show more regard for YOU than for sex. For him, sex will just be another (howbeit pleasureable) way for him to show he cares.

There are a number of signs that he is sincere and not just a user. First, he keeps dating you even after he's had sex with you. Second, he spends time with you and is affectionate without demanding sex.

Well if he is just there for sex he will constantly:
1. try to tuch you on your breast
2. Always want to have dates at home
3. Want to try to arouse you
If he is there for a relationship
1. If you refuse to kiss him he will accept your decision and not force you.
2. Respect you and your body
3. When you get back from a date he'll be happy to let you go inside and not follow

Id say when he listens and is willing to wait until your ready. If he doesn't pressure you, and if he is more concerned about what is in your head, rather then what is in your pants, then I'd say he interested in your for the relationship.

If the opportunity presents itself, and he hesitates (even for a few minutes) he could concievably be in it because he likes you. In most cases, ask him after he has pulled out.
