Im in need of one of those "baking soda teeth whitening" recipies, which is the best? ive tried swishing with peroxide then brushing with baking soda and brushing with baking soda and 10 drops of peroxide and ive tried the lemon juice and salt one, does anyone have any that would work better that i could do as a homemade SIMPLE recipie such as those?

Why don't you just buy Arm and Hammer Whitening Toothpaste w Baking Soda and Peroxide?

What I did is I mixed some peroxide with baking soda so it made a paste. Then I brushed my teeth with it a few times and it seems to whiten your teeth!

take the peroxide and mix it with the baking soda to form a past apply the past to your teeth and leave it for 10-20 minutes then remove it be sure to avoid putting it on your gums because it will hurt when you take it off also dont do this all the time because it remove a thin layer of enamel the show the whit under neath add your enamel is important in preventing cavities and such

There is a new toothpaste out called Advance White by
Arm& Hammer. You will need the floride. You can get a free sample at armhammertrial.com
I use straight up baking soda and my regualr toothpaste. However they say it can be harsh on the enamel.

I agree with max, the baking soda out of the box can scratch your teeth and leave what looks like fluoride marks but actually scratches. I'm a dental assistant and asked my teacher, she didn't recommend that

I just add baking soda WITH my toothpaste and brush my teeth

Why not just buy some Crest White Strips, they really worked for me. I am constantly getting compliments on how white my teeth are. Follow the instructions though, because if you vary slightly it will not give the best results.
