Pregnant women in a men's white athletic type undershirt look great. Or a white button up shirt, oversized, with the sleeves rolled up and unbuttoned to show the belly.
Have fun with the shoot.

I would get a black bandeau bra (which is basically half a spandex tube top) and some maternity jeans or even as suggested above a black cloth draped over your nether regions. If you are lighter skinned, on belly close ups I would choose a dark colored button down cardigan, that way you can open up the buttons as far as you want and as comfortable as you are; same goes if you are dark skinned, but wear white instead.
The best thing is for you to be comfortable, because if you aren't it WILL show through your photographs. Make sure your photographer takes an EXCESSIVE amount of shots, and photographs you from EVERY possible angle. We are only used to these "large" bodies for a couple of months during our pregnancies, you aren't really going to be familiar with your best angles. Good luck!

I was thinking a wrap dress with a subtle print, shot in a well-lit doorway or nature scene. It's a lovely pastoral mood.
