you feel like vomiting because you have swallowed alot of gunk from your sinuses. If you have no fever, it is likely a viral infection and the doctor is not likely to do much for you. Get some Zicam nasal swabs and use them according to directions, get some psuedaphed from your pharmacy, you don't need a prescription, but they do keep them behind the counter now. Have some soup to give your stomach something to work on besides mucous, drink lots of fluids and get lots of rest. Using the Zicam will likely shorten the duration of the viral symtoms to three or four days.
If you develop a fever greater than 102 degrees, then see a doctor.

Ask to speak to your Dr's nurse. Make an appt to see your Dr instead of trying to discuss your symptoms over the phone. If you get no results from this Dr you can contact the office manager if he is in a clinic and tell them what is going on. Go see another Dr or go to a walk in clinic. Try warm compresses to your face to help the pain and pressure. Drink hot liquids like apple juice or hot soup to also loosen up the pressure. Dizziness could be from ear infection. Tell the nurse or the person who makes your Dr appt that you think you have an ear and or sinus infection and you have been battling it for 3 days and over the counter medications are not working

You may have the flu.
Hopefully there is a doctor on here to answer this for you.
Hope you get better soon.
