There is nothing in the Bible about donating organs. Any religious reason for not donating organs are based on one's own opinion, and are not based on Scripture. (whether it is attributed to religion or not)
I am not technically an organ donor, but I have informed all my family members that I do want my organs donated upon my death. My reason for this I want to make sure that medical personnel will do their very best to save me even if it seems impossible that I will survive. Even if there is someon right next to me that needs organs. That's it.
I am a christian, and I have never seen any Biblical reason for not donating organs. I would argue with anyone who would make a christian argument about this.

Catholic Church teaches:
Organ transplants are in conformity with the moral law if the physical and psychological dangers and risks incurred by the donor are proportionate to the good sought for the recipient.
Donation of organs after death is a noble and meritorious act and is to be encouraged as a manifestation of generous solidarity.
It is not morally acceptable if the donor or those who legitimately speak for him have not given their explicit consent.
Pope John Paul II's encyclical Evangelium Vitae states:
1. Organ and tissue donation is heroic and praiseworthy.
2. The donor must be dead before organs and tissue can be harvested.
3. The determination of death is left to medical experts.
By the way, Pope Benedict XVI is a registered organ doner: http://www.zenit.org/english/archive/9902/ZE990204.html#item10

No.
When the physical body falls asleep in death, the soul will be resurrected in a new spiritual body without need for organs and anything else as long as the physical body is not destroyed via deliberate cremation or other means.
