Israeli law question for only people who know please!!!?

is it leagle to have a paintball kit or any paintball prodect in israel and will they let it in the cuntry and will they ship to my freinds house leagle becuase this web site does send http://jerryspaintball.com/spyder_tlx_deluxe_pack.htm (i want the prodect ) ps; my freind told me their is a toy store wich sells paintballs and c02 but thats just him.
