I have hypothyroidism, but my levels are good with the medicine. I just feel so exhausted day after day, and nothing seems to help. Caffeine just makes me jittery. I take B12 and a multivitamin and it does nothing. I just want to have energy to do the basic everyday things. It's getting so depressing!

I had a Gastric Bypass operation in 2003 and because of the way my body absorbs things, I would get tired very easily and it seemed like I was so tired by the end of the day. In January I started taking this supplement called MISTICA. It seemed like in about a month I had more energy and just plain felt better. I stopped taking the other vitamins just to see if it was the Mistica and I still felt good with lots of energy. Other people who have tried it have said the same thing.
It is all natural, no additives, no sugar, no caffeine, just berries. I just take a 1 oz shot glass full in the morning and 1 oz in the evening. Check it out at this website, I hope it helps.

Eat right. Get more exercise. Sounds like the opposite of what you feel like doing, but it's the best thing in almost all cases of drowsiness, with the exception of illness-caused drowsiness.
