Have studs installed in the tires & reduce your speed. Some M&S tires have small circular holes in the face of the tread to accomodate studs.

The way to not slip is to never overcome the coefficient of friction between your tires and the surface you're driving on.

If you have no skills for driving in snow & ice, stay home.

How about easy to install tracks? After it's invented,of course, you bring you car to a tire or service place and have them mounted alike snow tires
