Anywhere from 108 - 143, depending on frame size, muscle mass, etc.

At 5'2" and 19 yrs old I would think a good weight would be around 110-125lbs. If you are a lot heavier than that, you should look into a realistic diet planned that is cleared by your doctor. Make realistic goals for your body though, and learn to love yourself -- inside and out!

104-128, according to Prevention Magazine. (my bible!) Only eat when you're hungry, not bored. If you are about to cheat, brush your teeth instead. Don't go to sleep on a full stomach. Try not to eat for at least 2 hours before you go to sleep. I have a lot more tips . I'd be glad to help! If you click on my face, you can get my e-mail. ( I honestly don't know if you have to make this a "best answer" first. ) WILLPOWER!!

If your 5.2 your normal weight should be between 105 to 135 pounds, everything over is over weight. If it is more than 30 pounds it means you are obese.
