Visine! It works, that's what porn stars do.

Also, wear looser underwear, as that can chafe.
If you don't want ends sticking out of your bathing suit, GO SLOW and only do the ends. You can just trim it with scissors if you don't want those bumps.

If you still want to shave, I have an article from Salon.com that I'm going to give you--but I'm also going to condense it for you here to give you an idea of what to do.
Here goes:
*Soak in a warm math before you shave, to get the hair soft.
*Rinse the razor in cold water before you shave
*Replace the razor you use for pubic shaving every three or so times--use an inexpensive disposable razor/razor head pack.
*Go slow
*Use a gentle moisturizer afterwards
*Trim the hair close so you can see which way the hair grows--the grain, if you will. Shave in that direction, not against it. You won't look as smooth there, but it will lessen the chances of an ingrown.
*Remember, use Visine!
*Only shave the edges if you want to shave for a suit--if you just want shorter hair, trim it with scissors!

That is not a gross question. You would be surprised how many have this problem. You are just getting irritation from the sharp edges of the shaved hairs. If they are red and sore, it can be coming from a slight infection or irritation. Use an antibiotic ointment. You can try to pull them over the surface it they have grown out enough. Be on the lookout for ingrowns. When they get irritated they will sweel and the opening is likely to swell closed causing the hairs to turn or push through.

Except for the bikini are, just cutting the hairs short is attractive. No need to go bald.

Oh I Though i was the only one that this happened too
Well If you Really Want Them Away RIGHT NOW!!
Then Use Baby Lotion Or Clearisill Wash
Bt the only reason its lik this is because that area isn't uset to getting You Kno shaved So It Covers Up Your Pore To Hide the Hair But It Still Grows
Hope I Helped

Some skin cream or lotion can help soothe things. Shaving can be irritating to the skin. And it will always itch when pubic hair starts to grow back. In future, rather than shaving, consider a short trim. No irritation and no itch.

eek... well, those are just ingrown hairs from shaving. They are going to itch for a bit but you just have to bare with it unfortunatly. If you want to control whats going on down there try nair just on your bikini line. You have hair down there for a reason... it keeps bacteria out and makes it so you dont get infections.

They make gels and creams to help get rid of the bumps. Look in the hair remover section. I'm not sure what brand is best, you might want to ask around.

Best of luck:)

The bumps will stop after a while, keep shaving it. My wife went through that and the skin got used to it after a few weeks.

i understand and yes thats very normal to have raxor bumps b/c its not a place for shaving. Trimm it with a guy beard trimmer and that will be better. dont shave no more just trimm it its much better and easier and healthier meaning no bumps or razor burn or anything of that sort.

It is razer bumps from shaving and if you don't have anyone who is a male you can use an electric razer if it has the pop up bikini trimer on it. Next time use the electric razer with the pop up bikini trimer on it.

ok well for future reference, NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. it is just a rash from the exposure. it should go away after IT all grows back.
