is it better to work out everyday or every other day?? nd whyy

Every other day to allow your body to rest and recooperate. It actually depends though, because one day you can do upper body and the next day you can do legs. but you shouldnt do strenuous running and lift weights everyday.

It depends on how much free time you have. Its ok to workout everyday as long as you DON'T work the same muscles. Each muscle group needs a day to rest. You can do cardio one day and weight training the next for example. Or upper body and then lower body. Also, take at least one day off completely per week.

every other day because your muscles need rest and rest is very important.
