inside my private part seems swollen now. inside and around the part all itch

you need to get yourself checked out with the doctor to see if you may have transmitted an STD. STD's can cause infections in your body and if you are swollen up like that it is definately not normal. Just do yourself that favor and check it out hopefully all is ok!!

You might have developed a fungal infection. This could be associated with your previous antibiotic therapy as it kills some of the protective bacteria of the skin and allows fungus to overgrow causing irritation and swelling.
This condition can be successfully treated with creams containing anti-fungal agents and some oral drugs. You need to contact your doctor for advice as fungal infections are difficult to cure and you may experience recurring infections, if you rely on some over the counter drugs.

you have probably gotten a yeast infection from the antibiotic that you took for the UTI. sorry. it's a catch 22. eat some yogurt with live cultures or take some acidophyllus tabs, this will replace the natural bacteria that is missing and the itch/swelling will stop.

There are several good over the counter products for feminine itch. If you do have an yeast infections there are over the counter products for that too.
You might want to return to your doctor, to be checked out again.

If you had antibiotics for the UTI, you probably have thrush. A/biotics kill off all the good bacteria in that area.
See your doctor or pharmacist - tis easy to treat. No need to suffer.

Go back to your doctor, could be a side effect of the antibiotics or it could be that the infection hasn't gone yet.

if you took antibiotics you could haven gotten a yeast infection...go to the doc to make sure
