How about this one?
"If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads. [NIV Leviticus 20:13]"
When is the last time you killed a homosexual? And if you haven't done so, why not?

Ah, I see Randy G - we executed god's son as a heretic, so now we no longer need the old testament. Why then do we need the ten commandments? Did Jesus get rid of those, too?

you really are clueless to what the bible says!
...the levitical law also says any kids cursing their parents shall be put to death.
levitical law was made obsolete by jesus anyway.

Wow! I did not know that Anyone had 'That' Authority - As far as I know - Not up to you - Up to GOD!
It looks like you forgot a few - 1 Corinthians 6:9 Jeremiah 7:6! Guess what - I found one on Tattoo's!
These people will not get the Glory of God - Enter the Gates of Heaven! Sounds to me like it's up to God Not You!
Leviticus 19: 28 INTERESTING - I Love the Word of God!
By the way - I've NEVER Killed anyone - Our work obviously IS NOT done - God's Word seems that you are 'twisting' God's Word to work 'their' way. Revelation 22: 18-19 prophecies this exact - an gives the Warning - that I would NOT want on Me!
Read these Scriptures yourself - It's Not My Word it's God's Words!
Please Be at Peace - Accept the Grace of God!
Take Care and God Bless!

I'm not a Jew. I'm a Christian. I don't follow God's commandments to the nation of Israel. I do follow God's laws which are reiterated and expounded upon in the NT, as that is the covenant I have with God.
I eat shellfish and wear mixed clothing and I never stone anyone. And that's okay because I'm not living under the old covenant - which was the law of the nation of Israel back in the day.

That's not a good one. The good ones are the ones where you, like, get to kill your children for disrespecting you, or beat your slaves, or punch a woman in the stomach so she miscarries her child...
Those of you who say that Christians don't need to follow that law because of the new covenant that was J-man, why do you follow the Ten Commandments? Why do we need them up in courthouses? The Ten Commandments is part of the law the same as the verse quoted above.

Yes I do. But one must remember that
The TEN COMMANDMENTS that God gave first to the people of Israel embody all of the 613 plus commandments in the Law of God.
Love thy neighbor. They will be put to death in God's time, not ours(those that dont repent)

Because Jesus commanded that only those with sin may cast the first stone.
It seems clear that under the New Testament, humans are no longer required to execute other humans for sin; God himself is to take care of that.
But you heard this before, because you have asked similar questions before. You are not reading your responses.

We are under the new covenant. You are talking about old Jewish laws.We cannot make it to heaven by law, only by grace of God. God's word is the same for everyone.

I don't like killing things. Let alone a person. Thou shalt not kill and all that stuff. Even if there wasn't a commandment, I don't think I'd just be offing people at every turn.

Ouch!!
Could you slap us a little harder please.
but since we are quoting bible verses here, what about this one:
Mark 12:29-31
29"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.
30Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.'
31The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'There is no commandment greater than these."
I try not to judge anyone. I try to love everyone.
hope this answers your question.

God passed that law...not man. it's not about killing people. it's symbolic. their punishment for homoseuxal acts is being put to death. could be by an STD or old age. meaning they are putting themselves into a faster grave. for all sin the punishment is death..it's just how you chose to die.
