It is actually not that difficult to get back to yous natural skin tone. First of all exfoliate your skin really good but not hard not to cause any damage. Then cut a lemon in half and apply to the area that has been exfoliated. be careful cause lemon is acidic so wash it of after 2-3 minutes. Moisturise your skin and after that proccedure start using sunblock with high SPF. I have done this and worked for me but keep in mind that lemon maybe naturally whitening but shouldn't be used often.Good luck

There's really not much you can do besides using a high spf sunblock on your face regularly. Apply each time you sweat, or wipe your face etc, I use a good light weight one thats kept my face pale, Neutrogena SPF 55 Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunblock. Its good and after a few days I bet you'll notice your face skin is paler.

You could try rubbing in yoghurt and lemon and keeping it on for 15mins before shower. Also get a good fairness cream from the market and mix it with your daily moisturiser so it doesn't damage your skin too badly. I try it myself and the results are not too bad. And carry a cute umbrella :)

there is nothing you can put on to make your skin lighter, you just have to reduce your exposure to the sun and use sunscreen as much as possible.
eventually the color of your skin will return back to normal
